 “Skil-Lit Cafe” is a full-service cafe specializing in creative and modern breakfast/brunch dishes with passed down generational family recipes. Our dishes are served on a hot skillet assuring your meal is served hot and ready to enjoy.  We pride ourselves on efficient and accurate service while being sure that our customer service and tasty food remains our top priority. Located in the heart of the historical downtown Trenton, NJ, we look to become the trendsetters for future local businesses to come in a thriving area. 

Skil-lit Cafe can  accommodate parties of four during a walk in visit. Any party larger than four must call ahead and schedule a reservation in order to be accommodated. Parties of 10 or more require booking a private event through our website. Reservations can be made by calling
